Reservations calendar, rates and operations in a single dashboard
From the occupancy map to automatic room assignment, from rate plans to housekeeping: NextStay organizes the day at your hotel or inn without spreadsheets, and it even works on your phone.
A calendar your front desk understands in seconds
Reservations without rework
Everything that happens to a reservation lives in one place.
Reservation list and side panel
Filters, tags, sorting, CSV export and bulk actions. Clicking opens the panel with status, payments, notes, guest, messages and activity history.
Automatic unit assignment
Reservations coming from channels land in the right unit of the category, favoring tight fits. It never moves an already assigned or in-house reservation, and it flags arrivals without a unit.
The real source of every booking
Booking.com, Airbnb, direct website or front desk show up in the list, the calendar and the reports, along with the channel booking code.
Price simulator and WhatsApp quote
Quote the stay with the same engine that sells on your website, compare with the estimated price on channels and send the proposal with the booking link through the hotel's WhatsApp.
Daily dashboard
Arrivals, departures, pending items, bills due and operational alerts gathered on the first screen.
Housekeeping
Clean, dirty, being cleaned, under inspection or out of service, updated by housekeepers on their phones and synced at check-out.
Rates and availability under control
A single base of prices and rules feeds the calendar, the booking engine and the channels.
Rates by period
Set the price per date range, with minimum stay and closed-to-arrival or closed-to-departure.
Rate plans
Plans and packages derived from the base rate: non-refundable, with breakfast, seasonal promotions and their own cancellation policies.
Availability matrix
See price, inventory and restrictions for every category and plan at once, with saved filters, CSV export and long-term editing.
Channels always in sync
Reservations, rates and availability flow to Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels through the integrated channel manager.
Team, permissions and multiple properties
Each person sees only what they need, at each property.
Access roles
Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, content, finance, management and administration, with permissions adjustable per role.
Audit trail
Rate changes, cancellations and sensitive actions are logged with user and time.
Several properties, one login
Hotels, inns and vacation rentals in the same dashboard, with data isolated per property.
