Control the money coming in and going out

Payments from reservations, the gateway and the front desk all go through the same ledger.

Immutable cash ledger

Entries are never edited or deleted: a correction is a reversal with a reason, and each reversal points back to the original entry.

Shift-based cash drawer

Each receptionist opens a shift, takes cash, does withdrawals and top-ups, and closes by counting each payment method. If anything differs, the system asks for the reason.

Guest folio

Post charges, fees and discounts on the reservation. Completed room service orders can become charges automatically, and voiding a charge requires a reason.

Online and front-desk payments

Online payment through the booking engine (Pix and card, via the main gateways) confirms the reservation and lands in the cash ledger. What the front desk collects is posted too.

Bills, forecast and reconciliation

What is due, what is coming in and what the bank actually recorded.

Accounts payable and receivable

Register due dates, attach receipts, repeat recurring bills and settle them through the cash drawer or the bank. Settling creates the ledger entry, and undoing reverses it.

Due-date alerts

The daily dashboard shows the bills that need attention before they become overdue.

Expected receipts

See what is expected to come in over the next 60 days from the reservations already booked, according to each channel's and gateway's payout rules.

Bank reconciliation

Import the statement as OFX or CSV: the system suggests a match when it is unambiguous and never duplicates an already imported line.

Results and managing third-party properties

Reports that separate what was received from what was sold.

Cash flow

Inflows and outflows by day, category, payment method and shift, in the hotel's local time.

Accrual-basis results

Lodging revenue is spread across the nights in which it was consumed. Compare month by month and see the period's financial summary.

Owners and payouts

For those who manage other people's properties: monthly owner statements, a closing that does not change once paid, and the payout recorded in the ledger.

Access only for those who need it

Finance has its own permissions: guests never see it, the front desk runs the cash drawer and management sees the reports.

Frequently asked questions about finance

No. It is turned on per property whenever the team wants. Reservation payments are already recorded, and the module turns on the cash, bills, reconciliation and report screens.

It is reversed with a reason and the correct entry follows. The history shows both, with who did it and when.

We are finishing the integration for issuing NFS-e (municipal service invoices) through a partner issuer. Ask us about availability for your city.

Yes. During migration, the old payments enter the ledger marked as imported history, so the reports start out complete.
